Exchange Policy

• Exchange Request: You may request an exchange within 3 days of order delivery.
• Exchange Process: Exchanges can be initiated through your Puneri Paati login on our website. To request an exchange, please ensure the following conditions are met:

• • • The product must be returned with its original tags.
    • The product must be unused and in its original condition.
    • The product will be inspected upon return.
    • Rs.100 will be deducted per product for exchange.
    • The remaining amount will be credited to your Puneri Paati login account in the form of Puneri Paati credits/ coupon code, which can be used to purchase another product of your choice on www.puneripaati.com.
    • Sizes 3XL, 4XL, and 5XL are custom-made and cannot be returned or exchanged. Kindly ensure to review the size chart for accurate measurements before placing your order.
      

Refund Policy

• We do not offer refunds. All returns will be processed as store credits/coupon code for future purchases.
• All refunds will be treated as exchanges, and Rs.100/- will be deducted per product returned.

Cancellation Policy

• Cancellation Request: Cancellations can be made via emailing us at admin@puneripaati.com within one hour after ordering the product.

• If, in any case, a refund amount is processed, Rs.100/- will be deducted per product.

• Return amount will be processed in 5 to 7 working days.

• Please note, if the product is found used, your original product will be shipped back to you after a payment of Rs.100/- per product.
